Appointments:
We understand that your time is valuable; therefore, we have devoted considerable time and effort into designing an appointment system that offers a wide variety of appointment time to accommodate your busy schedule.

Appliance fit appointment are usually long appointments therefore it may be difficult to give you an appointment time that may be suitable. For these first appointments, you may need to miss work or school.

Once your appliances are placed, you will be seen approximately every six to eight weeks for adjustment. These appointments are usually shorter appointments and therefore much easier to schedule at time that will suit you.

Appliance Repair appointments
Please phone in for such appointments.Our reception staff are trained to determine the nature of your emergency and how best to handle your situation. It must be noted that we have busy schedule but we will do our best to accommodate you.

On Time Arrival
We value your time as much as you do therefore; we strive to see each patient on time. If you should arrive 10 minutes after appointment time we may need to rebook your appointment. We block enough time for your appointment because we want to properly carry out your intended treatment. If you are running late, we would appreciate a phone call and we will do our best to accommodate you. We ask that you allow yourself plenty of time.

Cancellations
If for any reason you must cancel your appointment, please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. We kindly ask that you do not cancel your appointments on our answering machine after hours. It is best you speak to our reception staff so a new appointment can be fixed.

Missed appointments
If you miss your appointments, please call us as soon as you can to rebook this appointment. We will do our best reschedule, however we will appreciate your understanding if we don't have a particular time available on such short notice.
